Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit flowtify.co, use its features, or contact Flowtify about product design, development, and launch sprint services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to request services. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

Sending an enquiry, booking a call, or discussing a project does not require either party to proceed. Website descriptions, timings, availability, and prices are general information rather than a binding quote or offer.

Paid work begins only when the parties agree a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written confirmation covering scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment, intellectual property, and any project-specific terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement takes priority for the services.

You are responsible for making sure information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share any project links, files, code, designs, personal information, or other materials you provide.

You keep ownership of your materials. You allow Flowtify to access and use them only as reasonably necessary to assess your enquiry, prepare a proposal, provide agreed services, and meet legal obligations. Please do not send confidential source code, credentials, or sensitive personal information through the website enquiry form.

You must not:

• Use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the security of the site or its connected services.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated spam, or misleading submissions.
• Scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the site without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority or affiliation.

We may restrict access or disregard submissions where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Flowtify or its licensors own the website, branding, copy, graphics, layout, and other site content. You may view the site and make a reasonable copy for your own internal evaluation, but no other rights are granted.

Site content is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee that a particular product can or will be delivered within a stated sprint.

The site may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Cal.com. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Flowtify does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, availability, content, or handling of information.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site, and may update service descriptions, availability, and indicative pricing at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowtify is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, third-party services, or indirect or consequential business loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability connected with paid services is governed by the agreement for those services. Your mandatory legal rights are not affected.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and use analytics and advertising technologies when you use the site or contact us.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. No one other than you and Flowtify has a right to enforce these terms.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.
