Who we are
Flowtify provides product design, development, and launch sprint services. For the personal information described in this policy, Flowtify is the controller responsible for deciding how and why that information is used.
Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to hello@flowtify.co.
Information we collect
We may collect the following information:
- Your name, email address, and any other contact details you provide.
- Project details, links, files, requirements, and messages you send to us.
- Booking details you provide when arranging a call through Cal.com.
- Technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited, and interactions with the site.
- Records of our correspondence and, if you become a client, our working relationship.
We do not intentionally collect special category or highly sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Review your enquiry, respond to you, and decide whether a project is a good fit.
- Arrange calls, prepare proposals, and provide services you ask us to deliver.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Measure site use and the effectiveness of advertising.
- Maintain business records and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Depending on the activity, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on recognised adequacy decisions, approved contractual protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only while it remains useful for responding to you and managing the relationship. Client and transaction records may be kept longer where needed to perform a contract, resolve disputes, or meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Analytics and advertising information is retained according to the settings and policies of the relevant provider. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information; object to certain uses; and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To exercise a right, email hello@flowtify.co. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or Ireland's Data Protection Commission, as applicable.
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, our services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted here or communicated directly where appropriate.
